- Chuck Roast $1.97 per lb (only use approx 1 to 1.25 lb for meal. You may need to buy more and freeze some)
- Grands buscuits –use Sun paper coupon (final price .47)
- mini carrots 1lb bag $1.25 (you only need a few cut up for the salad)
- asparagus .97 per lb (get two bundles)
- Jenni-0 ground turkey–get 2 and freeze one
- Bar S Bacon – Thurs night 2-12 only .99
Bashas
- Sandwich bread .99
- tomatoes, approx 6 .77 per #
- lettuce, 2 heads .77 ea
- 2 containers Reeser’s potato salad $1 ea
- American Beauty pasta, spaghetti $1
- Farmland Bacon (if you don’t get the Bar S at Fry’s) 1.99, use 1/2 to 3/4 of package
You will proably have a little left of bread, lettuce, bacon, mini carrots, and definately roast meat to incorporate into other meals. Things you may need that aren’t on the shopping list because they should be in your fridge already: mayo, butter, salt & pepper, salad dressing.
