I paid $31.17 for all the above items.  I didn’t have to buy much last week since I’m very stocked up at home.  Notice I got things like chicken and produce to supplement my supply, plus a couple freebies and snack items my kids can use for school lunches.  That was literally all the shopping I did last week.  Some weeks, especially weeks with better deals, I buy much more.  The nice thing is, I am always so stocked up, I don’t NEED to shop often at all.

I’ve been ordering from Zaycon foods and I have enjoyed it!  The peaches are .79 per lb.  My experience has been, that yes, we will probably see peaches a little cheaper than that in the stores.  However, these peaches are wonderful, and great for canning.  I’ve found that the peaches that are cheap at Fry’s and Safeway and Sprouts are not ripe, or super small, etc.  I’ll stick to Zaycon for my peaches.

I’m happy to announce a NEW CONTEST on my blog! I’m very excited to offer this one because I just had a great experience with this company.

Normally I’m very shy about photographs. Let’s just say, I’m not photogenic.  But, I was in need of some professional photos for my resume, business twitter account, etc, and came across Claire Beeler Photography.

Claire was so easy to work with.  She met me VERY early in the morning for  the best lighting (sun rises so early right now, groan) and made me feel comfortable during the photo session.
